La visite du pape à New York, a été à l’origine d’un véritable business aussi bien légal qu’illégal et pour certains une véritable bénédiction. Alors que la quasi-totalité des tickets a été distribuée par tirage au sort, certains ont revendu leurs tickets à des prix très élevés ($1000), sans oublier : cup cakes papaux, mugs, t-shirts, pièces de monnaie même un parfum réalisé spécialement pour cette visite !
